Our website may appear similar to a drop shipping business because we require pre-orders for all products, resulting in a slight wait for delivery. We’ve structured it this way to accommodate the wide range of clothing and merchandise we offer. As we’re new to this endeavor, we wanted to avoid holding large amounts of stock without knowing what will resonate most with our customers. This approach also allows us to focus our resources where they’re most needed, ensuring the best possible outcome for this project.

Below is an overview of our shipping policies, including shipping methods, delivery times, and costs. Please review this information before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after being placed. This processing time does not mean your order will arrive within three days, but we aim to prepare it for shipment as quickly as possible and deliver it within the estimated timeframe provided. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be extended by a few days. We will notify you of any delays via email.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All prices include free postage—what you see is what you pay! so the total you see is all you pay. No extra costs or surprise fees at checkout! (UK Mainland Only)
All items will be shipped via standard class to UK Mainland Only.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Clothing: Approximately 2 weeks
- All Other Items: Approximately 3 weeks
These are general estimates, and we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries, with delivery times and costs varying by destination and selected shipping method. For now, please email us with your order details to place an international order. We’ll secure the best shipping rate available and provide you with the total cost and payment instructions. To thank you for your patience as we establish online ordering, we’re giving a 10% discount on international orders placed via email. This process is temporary while we work to make international ordering available directly on our website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and may vary depending on the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size and weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be emailed to you with payment instructions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in this case.

6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
